Job: Production Department Manager

Responsibilities and Duties:

•  Manage production line for maximum efficiency.
•  Analyze and develop production system efficiently and reduce waste.
•  Control & strongly communicate to production team to meet the goal.
•  Develop the ability of the production team to work effectively.
•  Be a good consultant to the team to solve production problems in a systematic and effectively.

Qualifications:

•  Male 38 – 48 years old.
•  Bachelor or Master Degree in Industrial engineering, Printing technology and packaging or related. o Experienced in managerial position for 5 years or more.
•  Experienced in cardboard packaging industry.
•  Experience in offset printing.
•  Have a good vision in management and able to plan for short, medium and long term
•  Good communication skills. o Good proactive leadership skills.
